Your next opportunity:
Working as a Site Supervisor within our Concrete operations you will play a key role in driving operational excellence by leading site operations and delivering outstanding service to key customers, by ensuring the right resources are assigned to meet customer expectations and needs.
You are to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service and concrete products, which meet the needs and expectations of our customers, and nurturing the relationship to ensure the best outcome of both parties.
You will also be responsible for leading a team of coordinators that deliver safe, efficient, and reliable site operations, through regular communication, and a strong focus on providing training and capability development.

Your day will involve:
- Leading a team of Coordinators in ensuring effective on‑site coordination to meet customer, safety and performance expectations
- Acting as the primary on‑site point of coordination between customers and Boral stakeholders.
- Coordinating on‑time deliveries in line with customer requirements and agreed tolerances
- Managing & strengthening customer relationships with stakeholders across Logistics allocations and commercial teams.
- Acting as a point of escalation for complaints,
- Monitoring product quality, safety and compliance
- Attending HSE Safety training meetings and inductions.
- Reviewing service outcomes and identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Working closely with Allocations, Planners and the Allocations Team Leader to prioritise complex jobs.
- Managing and being accountable for Boral’s on‑site presence and performance, including:
- Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and excellence across your team
What are we looking for?
- Excellent leader with proven leadership experience within a fast-paced, customer facing role.
- Experience in Concrete industry is desirable with a strong knowledge of concrete mixes and products.
- Strong operational discipline and ability to create structure within dynamic environments
- Sound commercial acumen and understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Passion for delivering high-quality service outcomes and team performance
- Understanding of Traffic Management Plans (TMPs).
- Experience working on safety critical sites with safety management plans in place
