Based in Karratha, in the Pilbara region of WA, Boral have a permanent, full-time opportunity for a dedicated Plant Operator to become an integral part of our dynamic and dedicated team. You will undertake responsibility for ensuring the secure and proficient operation of our quarry's mobile and fixed plant equipment.

Your day will involve: 

  • Safe operation of sales loader (primarily) and other quarry mobile plant as required
  • Basic maintenance and plant housekeeping
  • Active participation in problem solving and continuous improvement activities
  • Participation in safety initiatives including pre-starts, toolboxes and incident reporting

What are we looking for? 

  • Experience in sales loader highly regarded or excavation machinery 
  • Quarry experience highly regarded, but other fixed plant processing experience will be considered
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team with minimal supervision
