At Boral, safety stands at the forefront of our values. As our Logistics Supervisor - Concrete (Fleet), your paramount duty will be to guarantee the safety and compliance of our concrete heavy vehicle fleet in accordance with NHVR accreditation. Located at our Mugga Concrete Plant, you have ownership of all maintenance operations across Southern NSW.
Your day will involve:
- Scheduling & executing preventative and reactive maintenance tasks
- Managing and approving follow up work identified by suppliers to a predetermined limit of authority and verifying close out
- Reviewing and prioritising maintenance requests utilising internal online systems
- Monitoring and reviewing work quality
- Monitoring and reporting KPIs such as heavy vehicle outages
- Liaising with operations and logistics to manage repair costs within budget constraints
- Monitor driver on road compliance and behaviour
What are we looking for?
- Heavy diesel mechanical trade qualifications/ licences
- Demonstrated knowledge of heavy vehicle trucks and NHVR
- Flexibility to travel across Southern NSW
- Proven ability to work autonomously and proactively
