Boral Quarries have a great opportunity available for an experienced Allocator to join our high performing team located in North Ryde.

In this fast paced role, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling the forward order book, to ensure maximum customer experience and productivity on execution.

This is a permanent full time position, working Monday – Friday between our operating hours of 5am – 5pm with a Saturday shift.

Your day will involve:

• Identifying and delivering flexible, effective allocation models and service opportunities
• Developing and fostering effective intra/intercompany relationships with our delivery partners in sales and operations
• Ensuring timely and accurate customer communications are aligned with effective allocations to exceed customer expectations
• Forward planning to provide efficient and effective logistics and resource allocation
• Facilitating order fulfilment through effective order scheduling to maximise volume, profitability and customer service
• Ensuring key customers have service expectations consistently met and identifying additional sales and service opportunities

What are we looking for?

• Fleet allocations and scheduling capability (highly desired)
• Previous logistics experience including chain of responsibility, fatigue management and mass management knowledge (desirable, not essential)
• Experience in the transport or construction industry (desirable, not essential)
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work in a fast paced and changing environment
