If yes, then we want YOU to join our North Coast team as the new Account Manager overseeing our Concrete business unit. Reporting to the Field Sales Manager you will be responsible for identifying new prospects, establishing relationships and building a strong
base of recurring business across the territory.

 Your day will involve:

  • Using your commercial acumen and relationship building skills to achieve portfolio growth
  • Servicing civil engineering, construction, and local & state government clients, all with exciting projects in the pipeline
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities
  • Build and foster relationships with key customers
  • Always ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Promoting a safety-first culture

What are we looking for?

  • Customer centric approach with a desire to drive client engagement and solutions-based customer service
  • Able to operate autonomously, have personal drive and be results orientated
  • Commitment and support of safety, contributing to a Zero Harm culture
  • Demonstrated ability to handle competing deadlines
  • Have experience in a similar position selling services and solutions into the construction, civil and/or mining or local & state government, or similar markets
