Boral is looking for an experienced Boilermaker to join our Wellcamp Quarry Maintenance Team. The role will be a Day Shift role reporting to the Quarry Manager. Your primary responsibilities will be to carry out maintenance and repairs on the fixed plant operations.

Your day will involve:

  • Undertaking and completion of scheduled maintenance, breakdowns and general repairs
  • Conducting thorough inspections of plant to identify potential issues and prevent future problems
  • Completion of all necessary paperwork - maintenance checklists, work orders, service reports.

What are we looking for?

  • Trade certificate in fabrication or boilermaking
  • Experienced and competent with both Stick and Mig
  • Self-Motivated and the ability to work in a team or independently
  • Site experience preferred but not essential
  • Quarry or Mining background would be an advantage
  • High attention to detail and quality of workmanship a must.
  • Current Drivers’ Licence
