Are you someone who loves solving problems, building relationships and seeing tasks through to completion? We're looking for an Administration Officer to join our high-performing Cement Sales team at North Ryde.
Reporting to the Pricing Administration Manager, you'll play a vital role in keeping our sales operations running smoothly. This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You'll work closely with customers, sales teams and key business stakeholders to ensure orders are processed accurately, issues are resolved efficiently and customer expectations are exceeded.
Success in this role comes from being naturally curious, highly organised and confident communicating with a wide range of people. If you enjoy investigating issues, finding solutions and taking ownership of outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
Your day will involve:
- Processing sales orders, invoices, receipts, contracts and supply agreements
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to support seamless service delivery
- Investigating and resolving customer enquiries, disputes and order discrepancies
- Administering pricing, rebate and payment arrangements within Oracle
- Maintaining accurate customer and sales data across multiple business systems
- Reconciling invoices and transactions while supporting month-end and year-end processes
- Collaborating with logistics, finance, inventory and accounts teams to achieve positive customer outcomes
- Monitoring stock availability, supporting order fulfilment and identifying process improvement opportunities
What are we looking for?
- Administration experience within a sales, customer service, manufacturing or logistics environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships across multiple stakeholder groups
- A naturally curious mindset with a willingness to investigate issues and find effective solutions
- Persistence and resilience when managing competing priorities and resolving customer enquiries
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Experience working with CRM systems and proficiency across Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook
- Experience within a B2B sales environment will be highly regarded
- A proactive team player who enjoys supporting others and contributing to team success
