Customer Service Administrator (Tank Transfer Agent)

6 Months Fixed Term Contract, Full-time, Hybrid -  initial training onsite
Up to £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

We’re looking for a friendly, motivated individual with great communication skills and a positive attitude to join our team as a Customer Service Administrator (Tank Transfer Agent). You’ll play a key part in supporting customers as they switch their LPG supplier, making sure their experience is smooth, simple, and stress-free.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting domestic customers moving to or from Calor Gas.

• Delivering excellent customer service via phone, email, and letter.

• Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer transfers are completed accurately and on time.

• Handling general customer enquiries, particularly during busy periods.

• Completing a variety of administrative tasks with attention to detail.

What we’re looking for

• Confident communicator – great written and verbal skills.

• Customer-focused – professional, approachable, and empathetic.

• Proactive and organised – able to manage your time and take initiative.

• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

• Experience in retail, customer service, or administration is beneficial, but not essential.

• A team player who’s eager to learn and grow.
