We’re looking for a Senior Insights Analyst to join the Pricing and Data Analytics team within the Finance Group.  

The Senior Insights Analyst role is responsible for creating actionable insights from data and delivering meaningful analysis and reporting to assist the organisation to achieve its goals; accountable for the delivery of common law claim budgets, KPI’s and board reporting, and assisting the biannual actuarial valuation.  As part of the Pricing and Data Analytics Team, the role supports the data analytics strategy by creating dashboards and contributing to data literacy, data quality and data definitions.  The role involves working across and supplying actionable insights to all areas of the business and with all levels within the organisation up to and including the Executive Leadership Team.  

Ideal candidates possess a bachelors degree in actuarial studies, mathematics/statistics, or related fields. With  expertise in workers' compensation/general insurance, proficiency in tools such as Qliksense, PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, and R is a must.   Clear  communication to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and collaboration with senior management are crucial. Strong attention to detail, effective communication, meeting deadlines, and a collaborative mindset are essential attributes.
