Looking for your next opportunity within WorkCover? We’re looking for a Customer Advisor to join the Latent Onset Injury team on a secondment.  

Join an experienced and high-performing team focused on complex, politically sensitive claims, involving terminal illnesses and high financial value. Working mostly within the determination space, you'll handle matters with compassion, accuracy, and discretion. This is a highly detail-oriented role requiring a strong grasp of legislation, clear documentation, and sensitive stakeholder management. 

You are empathetic, kind, and confident — able to have difficult conversations with care. With strong administrative skills and an eye for detail, you approach your work with integrity and precision. You're comfortable pushing back professionally when needed and can engage senior stakeholders respectfully. You thrive in a collaborative team and bring patience, and confidentiality to every interaction.
