Supervisor, Maintenance Services in Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Manager, Maintenance Services in the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), supervises assigned maintenance trade personnel to ensure an efficiently functioning, safe, and clean environment in the tasks of painting, drywall, windows, glass, flooring, roofing, and tile repairs while implementing water intrusion, asbestos, and microbial abatement protocols. Responsible for daily work prioritization, quality control, and customer communication. Must have strong experience in the field and demonstrate the ability to work well with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Collaborates with DFS leadership to create a culture of professionalism, collaboration, and excellence, and must be understanding, honest, and committed to adhering to all protocols.

Digital Designer in various locations
The Digital Designer plays a vital role in shaping and executing digital creative communications for Pepperdine University and its schools. As part of the University Marketing and Communications team, this position is responsible for designing compelling digital experiences and high-impact communications across web, email, social media, and other digital platforms. The Digital Designer serves as a key liaison in ensuring digital design excellence and consistency across the University's external-facing channels. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Creative, the Digital Designer collaborates closely with the assistant director, the senior director and other IMC team members to conceptualize and produce dynamic digital assets that engage Pepperdine’s largest audiences. This role requires a strong grasp of digital design principles, interactivity, accessibility standards, and responsive design. The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary designer with the ability to integrate, analyze, and visualize complex information in digital formats. They will work in collaboration with developers, UX/UI designers, content strategists, photographers, illustrators, and others involved in the production and launch of digital projects.

Front-Desk Agent, Villa Graziadio Executive Center in Malibu Campus
The Front Desk Associate of the Villa Graziadio Executive Center plays a key role in creating a welcoming and exceptional experience for all guests visiting and staying at the Villa Graziadio Executive Center. The regular schedule for this position includes evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays, as well as an additional 8-hour shift with the specific day to be determined. Bringing excellence to all aspects of work, and serving as a front-line representative of the Villa Graziadio Executive Center, the Front Desk Associate is responsible for overseeing guest check-ins, check-outs, handling inquiries, and processing payments, while delivering excellent customer service and hospitality, reflective of Pepperdine University. This role helps ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for all guests, while fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This role requires experience in customer service, with an understanding of event operations and a proactive approach to hospitality.

Groundskeeper in Malibu Campus
Under general supervision of the Supervisor, Custodial Services for the Department of Facilities Services (DFS), and in collaboration with your colleagues, assist in maintaining University by completing assigned landscape maintenance in coordination with upcoming or unforeseen events. Maintenance includes planting shrubs, flowers and trees, mowing, trimming small trees, hedges and shrubs, removing dead or unwanted trees, hand watering gardens and lawns, groundskeeping activities such as litter, trash removal, outdoor furniture cleaning and power washing or outdoor surface cleaning during the hours of 2:00 pm - 11:00 pm.

The Director of Alumni Engagement plays a crucial role in fostering enduring relationships with alumni, students, faculty, and staff at the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School (PGBS). Reporting directly to the Associate Vice Chancellor for Alumni Affairs, the Director oversees various events, programs, initiatives, and resources in support of alumni engagement primarily for the Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, but at times also for all six schools of Pepperdine University. This position manages affinity groups and online communities, actively working to promote the mission of Pepperdine and PGBS to develop value-centered leaders, advance responsible business practices, and elevate, celebrate, and honor our alumni.

Faculty and Student Support Coordinator in Malibu Campus
Under the direction of the Associate Director of the Straus Degree Programs, this position manages and supports the 85+ academic law school classes that are administered through the Straus Institute each year and the faculty who teach those classes. These classes are held over 4 different terms and utilize faculty who often are commuting to teach in intensive formats from other parts of the country and around the world. This person ensures that faculty and students are given the highest level of support. This person helps faculty with all of their class related needs including book orders, syllabi, posting of class materials, copies of exercises, managing assignments, and that feedback is available for students. Since many of Straus courses are offered in the evenings and/or on weekends, this person also makes sure that faculty have support after regular business hours. This position helps faculty with travel arrangements when needed. Students rely on this person for assistance accessing class materials on Courses (and occasionally instructions on how to use other platforms), help with submitting final assignments and managing extension requests.
