| The Digital Designer plays a vital role in shaping and executing digital creative communications for Pepperdine University and its schools. As part of the University Marketing and Communications team, this position is responsible for designing compelling digital experiences and high-impact communications across web, email, social media, and other digital platforms. The Digital Designer serves as a key liaison in ensuring digital design excellence and consistency across the University's external-facing channels.
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Creative, the Digital Designer collaborates closely with the assistant director, the senior director and other IMC team members to conceptualize and produce dynamic digital assets that engage Pepperdine’s largest audiences. This role requires a strong grasp of digital design principles, interactivity, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
The ideal candidate is a multidisciplinary designer with the ability to integrate, analyze, and visualize complex information in digital formats.
