About the role and team

We are looking for a Team Administrator to join our Litigation Funding Team on a full-time, permanent basis in our Sydney OR Melbourne CBD office. We are also open to those looking for part-time (min. 4 days per week).

As the Team Administrator, you'll be the cornerstone of our team, providing essential administrative support to the Principal Lawyer and team. If you excel at managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and keeping everything organised, all while being surrounded by top-notch talent that will help you grow in your career, this role is for you.

    • Communication: Both verbal and written communication are crucial. You'll need to correspond clearly and professionally.
    • Organisation: Keeping things organised is a big part of the job. This includes bring your experience in managing calendars, scheduling meetings and maintaining files
    • Time Management: You'll often juggle multiple tasks, so being able to prioritise and manage your time effectively is essential
    • Attention to Detail: Accuracy is important, especially when handling legal documents. You will manage funded client files and support invoicing and payments
    • Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected tasks is important
    • Team Collaboration: Working well with others and being able to support your team is essential
    • Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism is crucial
    • Curiosity: Innovate litigation funding processes under Principal's guidance
    • Innovation: The ability to spot ideas for improvement and work with the leadership team to see continuous improvement in our service offerings
