About the role
We are seeking an experienced lawyer to join our Work Injuries practice in a full-time position based at our Traralgon office. While some onsite attendance is required, much of the work can be completed remotely, depending on your location. We are committed to working with you to find the right balance because what truly matters is your drive, determination, and compassion for our clients.
In this role, you will work alongside a team of highly skilled and dedicated lawyers who are passionate about delivering justice to those who need it most. Your primary focus will be to ensure a seamless experience for clients while helping them achieve favourable outcomes.
You are an experienced personal injuries lawyer with a minimum of three years' post-admission experience. You are seeking a role that offers flexibility, professional growth, and a positive, supportive workplace culture.

The experience we are looking for
We are looking for those with a strong client focus, that approach each client with compassion and empathy along with your drive to get the very best outcomes for our clients. In addition, you will be able to demonstrate:
- 5 + years post admission experience (PAE)
- Experience working within a personal injuries environment ideally with a background in work injuries matters
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated proactive approach to file management
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated experience in business development and relationship management
- Ability to coach and mentor other lawyers
- Title and salary commensurate with demonstrated experience
