About the role

As a Developer at #TeamMB, you’ll design, develop, and maintain scalable low-code SaaS applications, ensuring performance, security, and seamless functionality. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, lead projects, and drive innovation in development processes.

Your role will involve providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with support teams to maintain system reliability. Security will be a key focus, requiring you to implement best practices, conduct assessments, and stay ahead of emerging threats.

You’ll oversee testing, debugging, and automation to ensure high-quality software and efficient workflows. Continuous improvement is essential—adopting new technologies, refining development methodologies, and mentoring junior developers to strengthen the team.

With a focus on high application uptime and meeting project deadlines, you'll play a key role in enhancing technology solutions and delivering excellent stakeholder satisfaction.

The experience we are looking for

We’re looking for an experienced software developer with leadership skills and expertise in low-code SaaS development. You’ll bring:

• Hands-on experience with low-code and no-code platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps
• Extensive software development experience, including team leadership
• Strong knowledge of platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, or Microsoft Power Apps
• A solid grasp of DevOps practices, including CI/CD, containerisation, and automated testing
• Expertise in designing scalable, maintainable system architectures
• A deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges
• A strategic mindset to align development initiatives with business goals
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with teams and stakeholders
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
