About the role
As a Business Analyst at #TeamMB, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and optimising our Legal and Shared Services processes as part of our ongoing journey. By applying lean principles and agile methodologies, you’ll drive operational efficiency and enhance both client and employee experiences.
Collaborating with key stakeholders, leading workshops, and using data insights, you’ll uncover opportunities for process improvement. Your work will shape streamlined, future-focused processes that align with business goals and cloud applications, ensuring our team thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The experience we’re looking for:
- A strong background in business process optimisation methodologies, such as Lean Six Sigma, with proven experience driving process improvements.
- Expertise in Agile ways of working, including the development of user stories and the use of tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to challenge the status quo, identify inefficiencies, and lead efforts to streamline and optimise processes.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex data to inform decisions.
- Proven experience in process analysis, mapping, and redesign, particularly within cross-functional teams on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Proficiency in process modelling tools and best practices, such as Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all organisational levels.
- A proactive mindset with a drive to deliver high-quality outcomes, working flexibly and independently as part of a team.
