Are you passionate about data-driven decision-making and want to make a real impact in environmental conservation and workforce agility? We are seeking a skilled Workforce Data and Establishment Advisor to support our dynamic operations across NSW’s stunning national parks and reserves.
As a key member of the Business Advisory team, you’ll provide expert advice and analytical support on workforce data and establishment. You’ll help ensure our workforce structure aligns with budgetary frameworks and operational needs, supporting everything from recruitment requests to workforce systems integrity.
This is a high-impact role where your insights will directly influence workforce planning, financial management, and executive decision-making.
What you’ll be doing:
- Manage and coordinate workforce data and establishment records
- Support the dashboard/report development and review of workforce metrics
- Provide subject matter expertise on workforce systems and data integrity
- Support recruitment approvals and workforce agility during incidents
- Collaborate with Finance, Executive Directors, and Branch Managers
About You
The ideal candidate will bring proven experience in workforce data analysis and establishment management, with strong analytical skills to interpret complex financial and workforce data. They will be an adept communicator and collaborator, able to work effectively across diverse teams. Familiarity with systems such as MyWorkZone and Position Cost Distribution (PCD) is essential, along with a demonstrated commitment to integrity, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
