As a System and Reporting Analyst within the PMO you will focus on driving project management excellence within DIO by conducting standardised processes, robust reporting, and effective assurance practices. You'll be at the heart of collating and analysing portfolio wide information to prepare critical reports, provide guidance, and identify innovative solutions to streamline data processes. Your work will enhance portfolio management, while also fostering continuous improvements and maintaining data quality.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to balance competing priorities and build strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders, customers, and colleagues. Tackling challenges effectively while influencing and aligning diverse teams will be key to achieving portfolio and business goals.

Systems and Reporting Analyst
What you will bring to the role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, produce detailed program and portfolio reports, and provide advice aligned with DPHI standards.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to analyse complex program and project data, streamline reporting processes that meet business, management and user requirements.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement by building collaborative relationships, aligning diverse stakeholders with strategic goals, and ensuring effective use of project and business intelligence tools.
- Capable of driving outcomes by liaising with stakeholders to implement internal process improvements, automating manual tasks, and enhancing data scalability and quality.
- Meticulous attention to detail when managing high-volume data workloads, ensuring accuracy and quality information and adherence to standards for program assurance and oversight.
Key knowledge and experience
- Experience working within a Project Management Office, as a Project Manager/Coordinator or Analyst Role
- Working within a Project Management Platform and ServiceNow
- Experience within SAP Project Module
Essential Requirement
- Prince2 and Prince2 Agile Foundation Certification
