Responsibilities:

• To collect and analyze user requirements, produce functional and/or system specifications and build or enhance application systems to cope with business needs.
• To supervise or coordinate development teams to ensure quality of deliverables.
• Participating in development and testing activities, and perform support & maintenance activities.
• Collaborating with external parties to complete the project on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of solid experience in Java, JMS, Web service, Websphere, Oracle, SQL, MQ, Python, shell scripts, UNIX, AIX.
• Experience in interbank clearing system (RTGS, CMU, DvP) are highly preferred.
• Familiar with system development life cycle, testing and quality assurance process.
• Strong analytical skill, system design experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
• Self-motivated, willing to work in competent, challenging and team-work environment.
• Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in being a leadership role will be an advantage, candidate with less experience will be considered as Application Development Manager.
