Responsibilities:
- Supervise branch operation team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations with emphasis on quality banking services
- Assist the Branch Manager to achieve the designated business targets through active formulation and implementation of business plans
- Optimize workflow of the supervised business routine, so as to enhance operating efficiency and cost-effectiveness
- Negotiate, coordinate and work closely with relevant internal and external parties to enhance teamwork
- Develop long-term banking relationships with customers, identify existing and prospective customers' needs of financial services,
- Handle customers’ complaints, monitor the service quality and strive for continuous improvement
- Monitor branch operation to ensure full compliance with the Bank's policies, related banking ordinances, and other regulatory requirements
- Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above, with qualifications in IIQE & HKSI
- At least 5 years relevant experience in banking, in which at least 1 year management experience;
- Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
- Sound knowledge of banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
- Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
