Responsibilities:

• Handle all team operation issues including HR, sales strategy and training to support team and branch insurance sales activities
• Expertise in insurance products, market activities and complaint handling
• Perform clerical duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Banking, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 5 year working experience, including 3 years working experiences in banking sector
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel is a must
• Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English in both written and verbal communication
• Good communication skill, can work independently and work under high pressure
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Deputy Business Strategy Manager
