The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for, but not limited to, the overall operation of La Mar Restaurant.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will report directly to the La Mar General Manager.  

We are looking for an F&B Supervisor for our La Mar by Gaston Acurio Restaurant. Incumbent should have a minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or luxury dining restaurant. Responsibilities include supporting the daily restaurant operations, assisting in expediting food orders; managing colleague schedules, training the departmental colleagues, and handling guest disputes. Incumbent must be detail oriented. Excellent computer skills (MS Office), organizational skills and communication skills are necessary. This is a full-time position only.
