It is the mission and intent of this position that the incumbent will provide the highest level of customer service to all guests, to ensure the guest experience is one that is beyond the expectations of the guest and aligned with our Legendary Quality Experiences.

We are looking for an experienced Daytime Bartender for our MOBar + Lounge. Incumbent should have 2+ years of experience, preferably in a luxury hotel. Responsibilities include making coffee & cappuccinos; preparing and mixing drinks; stocking the coffee station; servicing our guests according to Mandarin Oriental standards; following beverage policies and procedures; preparing the bar; stocking the bar; maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the bar; and maintaining beverage, liquor and cash accountability. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to lift a minimum of 15 lbs. TIPs and ServSafe certification is preferred. A flexible schedule is required, including weekends and holidays. 

The Day Bartender reports directly to the MOBar + Lounge Manager.
