YOUR ROLE:

The Chef de Partie will create state-of-the-art culinary experiences for our guests, performed in a timely and complete manner and will ensure that our offerings are stylish, thoughtful, surprising and delivered with attention to detail.

YOUR DUTIES:

• works well in all service shifts
• learns and records skills and recipes
• follows and enforces cleaning schedules and HACCP procedures
• prepares relevant mise en place
• supports culinary management in developing new menus
• assists with ordering and stock keeping
• assisting other colleagues

YOUR PROFILE:

• gained relevant job experience in a similar environment
• Team player, flexible and resilient
• Attention to detail and a high degree of autonomy
• strong customer focus and willing to go the extra mile
• brings a high level of creativity
• Fluent in German or English
