JOB SUMMARY:
The Sr. Product Analyst serves as a key liaison between internal teams and 3rd party technology partners, managing the end-to-end implementation of vacation package systems and enhancements. This role leads the troubleshooting and resolution of IT-related tickets, participates in accurate vacation package and product builds, and oversees the system development cycle through testing and implementation. The Sr. Product Analyst defines system requirements, supports business testing, and drives the successful implementation of new technology solutions. They also serve as a main point of contact during system rollouts, ensuring clear communication and coordination across all stakeholders.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages UPRV/Trisept IT trouble tickets, including the investigation and resolution of issues related to vacation packages and products. Collaborates with internal process owners to address cross-system challenges and implement coordinated solutions. Fulfills ad-hoc requests from internal teams by providing reservation details for auditing and compliance purposes.
- Collaborates in defining requirements for future technology enhancements, working closely with vendors to support business testing and ensure seamless end-to-end implementation. Participates in accurate vacation packages and product configurations to enable successful launches.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs); train new and existing team members on system functionality, workflows, and best practices as well as other Division/Department users on new system functionality and product set-up.
- Conducts regular audits of vacation package systems and configurations, existing records and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimal performance.
- Identifies opportunities for business process re-design, change management, and system enhancements.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

EDUCATION:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of Product Development experience;
- or equivalent combination of education and experience.
