About the department / center:

The office of Facilities Planning within the College of Engineering provides space planning and analysis in support of the research mission of the college.

Role Description:

The facilities analyst will use software tools to visually present research spend data to college leadership to assist in prioritization space decisions. The analyst will also support the facilities staff in their roles related to other college assets and systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Data analysis
• Data collection
• Presentation to various internal audiences
• Related compliance metrics

Qualifications:  

• Education and experience with Excel, Power BI and other software tools.
  
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing to a diverse audience.
• Ability to organize and align data from assorted sources into a coherent package.
