| Responsibilities: | Supervise theater performance events, including box office and/or front-of-house management, at the Theater Arts Center and Buckman Theater. Responsibilities include welcoming audiences, managing ushers, overseeing ticketing and box office income, writing and distributing performance reports, and upholding theater policies regarding safe use of theater spaces by patrons, performers, faculty and student users. |
| Qualifications: |
Strong initiative, attention to detail, ability to work without supervision, and willingness to learn new skills required. Prior experience with customer service is a plus but not required. This position is currently only available to students who have received a federal work study award as a part of their financial aid package. |
| Hours of Position: | Typical shifts are 3 hours long; most are on evenings and weekends, as determined by the theater program event calendar. Shifts are scheduled by supervisor according to student availability. |
