| Responsibilities: |
- Work with hosts to develop podcast episodes
- Research episodes, find guests, and conduct pre-interviews as needed
- Provide assistance during recording in studio or on virtual platform
- Edit audio/music files in Adobe Audition or other editing software
- Mixdown audio to mp3 and upload to Megaphone
- Assist host with creating and posting promotional content to social media
- Find or create artwork to go with individual episodes
- Write episode descriptions
- Track analytics and work to develop audience engagement

| Qualifications: |
- Knowledgeable of audio editing processes and software
- Working knowledge of CMSs, such as Wordpress, Wix, Squarespace, etc.
- Understand podcasting and podcast culture
- Good interpersonal skills and desire to collaborate
- Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interview anyone
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel and Outlook
