Digital Asset Organization: Support the organization and classification of digital assets.
Metadata Management: Apply consistent metadata tags and keyword to digital assets to enhance discoverability, searchability, and retrieval efficiency.
Asset Retrieval: Collaborate and assist with members of the team to identify and find assets for projects.
Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of digital assets and associated metadata.
Participate in Quinnipiac Productions Training (week before each semester)

Qualifications:
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and excellent organizational skills to maintain a well-structured digital asset library.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, handle tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting, actively participating in a cross-functional projects and sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Experience: While not mandatory, basic knowledge of video editing software is a plus.
Must have valid Driver’s License
Must be able to carry 50 lbs
Hours of Position:
At least 10 hours a week scheduled per week (up to 15 hours a week for undergraduate students or 20 hours a week for graduate students)
Some nights and weekends
