Assist the Office of Donor Relations with essential duties and various projects throughout the academic year. Potential for summer and winter break hours.
Manipulate and organize data using Microsoft Excel.
Proofread, edit and revise written interviews and narrative reports using Microsoft Word.
Manage data for an inventory of named spaces on campus.
Upload correspondence to Perceptive Content database (digital office files).
All work is highly confidential. Student must sign a confidentiality waiver, work with maturity, and keep all sensitive material safe.
Qualifications:
Good interpersonal skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook and OneDrive; potential use of Adobe products including InDesign and Spark pages.
Maturity and ability to work with confidential materials.
Hours of Position:
Up to 10 hours per week
Student will work in the D&AA office on campus during normal business hours (M-F 8:30am – 4:30pm). Supervisor will communicate during normal working hours. Students may choose their schedule, but it is preferred a consistent weekly schedule is kept with a 2-hour minimum shift.
