Job Title: Club Sports Gameday Attendant

Responsibilities:
  • Game Day Setup and Teardown: Set up necessary equipment and field/court layouts for club sports events, and ensure proper teardown and storage after games.
  • Referee Coordination: Collect, organize, and submit required referee paperwork.
  • Spectator Management: Monitor and manage spectator areas to ensure a safe and respectful environment, following facility and event policies.
  • Facility Oversight: Ensure the game area is clean, safe, and ready for use; report any maintenance or safety issues to the appropriate staff.
  • Conflict Resolution: Assist in addressing and diffusing minor disputes or conflicts during events, escalating to professional staff if needed.
  • Time Management: Help keep games on schedule, ensuring timely starts and efficient transitions between events.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Submit event reports, incident logs, or any other required documentation to club sports staff after each event.
Qualifications:
  • Must be familiar with an array of sports
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel between campuses and to the North Haven sports complex.
  • Must be able to work weekends.
Hours of Position:
  • 4-8 hrs per week
