Job Summary |
1. Assist in the day-to-day operations of the office that include but are not limited to answering and transferring phone calls; assisting walk-in students, staff, and faculty; filing; data entry; office correspondence (inter-department communication, preparing letter memos, mailers, etc.), and light clean-up duties. 2. Assist with special events. 3. Supply inventory and restocking. 4. Other duties as assigned. |
Minimum Qualifications |
Ability to learn and perform assigned work; follow oral instructions; work cooperatively with faculty, staff, and other students; communicate effectively with all levels; and read and write English at a level appropriate to the position. • Ability to multi-task with effective time management and organization skills. |
