A bit about the role
As a Customer Service Officer at Casey, you'll handle customer inquiries and transactions through various contact channels, including a busy inbound call center, email, social media, live chat, mail, and face-to-face interactions at our Customer Service Centres located at Bunjil Place, Narre Warren and Cranbourne Park Shopping Centre.
We provide a comprehensive induction and training program to thoroughly prepare you for success, and ensure you are confident in your role. Continuous support will be extended to prioritise your health and well-being within our team. Our goal is to ensure you feel valued and well taken care of.
Customer Service operates from 8:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday. You will be expected to work on a rotating roster within these hours based on business requirements.
What you’ll deliver
- Provide a solution focussed customer experience across multiple functions within a customer service team in a fast-paced, high volume contact centre environment.
- Respond to all visitor enquiries to ensure a unique customer experience that is welcoming, seamless, and memorable.
- Act as a solutions focused customer service specialist to resolve customer enquiries and complaints.
- Utilise technology and Smart Mobile Devices (SMDs) to enquire, record, and manage customer enquiries/requests.
What you’ll bring
- Experience working in a customer service role in a dynamic, high volume, multi-channel environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal and active listening, with the ability to adapt style and approach to meet customer needs.
- Demonstrated ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of customers.
- Proven ability to learn and utilise multiple computer programs to provide accurate, consistent and complete information or solutions to customers.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check and Eligibility to Work check.
