A bit about the role
Are you passionate about shaping workplace culture and building future-ready capability? As our Head of Culture and Capability, you’ll lead the charge in creating an environment where people thrive, leaders flourish, and innovation is part of everyday life.

What you’ll deliver
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to drive culture, engagement, and organisational performance.
- Lead cultural transformation initiatives that create an engaging, connected and thriving workplace.
- Shape future capability by designing and delivering strategies, frameworks and programs that build skills for tomorrow.
- Develop leaders at every level with tailored growth and development opportunities.
- Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic advice and solutions that align people, purpose and strategy.
- Fuel performance with innovation by using data, insights and future trends to spark smarter decisions and stronger outcomes.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant degree in Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field with substantial organisational development experience.
- Proven leadership in building and inspiring high-performing, engaged teams.
- Experience in culture transformation, change management, and major organisational initiatives.
- Understanding of Human Synergistics tools and their application.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check and Psychometric Testing.
- A curious, collaborative, and inclusive community mindset.
