The City of Casey has recently gone live with an exciting upgrade to its core enterprise platform, TechnologyOne CiA, and is now focused on building a high-performing, cross-functional team to lead and deliver enhancements with a clear business lens.
This newly established team will work collaboratively to prioritise, design, test and deliver ongoing improvements across the OneCouncil platform, driving innovation, boosting operational efficiency, and ensuring solutions meet the evolving needs of both staff and the Casey community.

A bit about the role
As the Strategic Change Advisor - OneCouncil Platform, you’ll lead change management initiatives supporting platform management and enhancement projects. Working in close partnership with the Enterprise Portfolio and Change team and business leaders, you will drive adoption, uplift change capability, and embed effective change practices Council-wide.

What you’ll deliver
- Deliver strategic change advice and capability uplift across the OneCouncil Platform Management & Enhancements program.
- Provide expert guidance to senior leaders and stakeholders on effective change management approaches.
- Integrate change activities with project planning to align with strategic goals.
- Design and deliver change capability development programs and resources.
- Monitor and manage change impacts, risks and adoption through stakeholder engagement and governance.
What you’ll bring
- Strong knowledge of change management methodologies including PCI, Prosci, APMG or similar.
- Significant experience delivering end-to-end change management for complex, organisation-wide initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and build organisational change capability.
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills.
- A Change Management certification (e.g., PCI, Prosci, APMG) or demonstrated equivalent competency.
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check and Psychometric Testing.
- A curious, collaborative, and inclusive community mindset.
