About the Role

This is a hands-on role at the heart of the organisation’s technology operations, where you’ll support and manage laptops, mobile devices and end-user environments to keep staff connected and productive.

Working across a large and diverse tech landscape, you’ll play a key role in device lifecycle management, standard operating environments, and continuous improvement initiatives, using modern tools to enhance performance, security and user experience.

What You’ll deliver

• Deliver end-to-end support and lifecycle management of laptops, mobile devices and peripherals.
• Maintain a secure and standardised operating environment, including imaging, patching and software deployment.
• Resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs, coordinating repairs with vendors as required.
• Manage device procurement, asset tracking and CMDB updates to ensure data accuracy.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through automation, testing and deployment of new technologies.

What You’ll Bring

• Experience supporting laptops, mobile devices and end-user technology environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware and software
• Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g. Microsoft Intune, Ivanti or similar).
• Working knowledge of ITSM tools and incident/request management processes.
• Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check.
