About the Role
Make a real impact in this dynamic and high-profile role, where you’ll drive end-to-end process improvements that transform how the organisation operates. Partnering with stakeholders across the business, you’ll play a key role in enhancing the OneCouncil platform, identifying opportunities, streamlining processes and delivering smarter, more efficient ways of working.
You’ll combine analytical thinking with strong collaboration to design solutions that create real, measurable value. This is a unique opportunity to influence enterprise-wide change, contribute to a major transformation program, and deliver lasting improvements that benefit both the organisation and the community.
What You’ll deliver
- End-to-end process mapping, analysis and optimisation to drive consistency and efficiency.
- High-quality business requirements to support platform enhancements and technical delivery.
- Identification and realisation of benefits, including tracking impacts of process changes.
- Continuous improvement of the OneCouncil platform through prioritised enhancements.
- Clear and comprehensive process documentation to support change and adoption.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience in business process analysis, design and optimisation in complex environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify practical solutions.
- Experience translating business needs into clear requirements for technical delivery.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills across diverse teams.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset with the ability to navigate change and drive outcomes.
