Are you an experienced project professional passionate about making a real impact?
Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese (CSPD) is seeking a Schools Development Coordinator to help deliver school infrastructure projects that directly benefit our students, families, and wider community.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Planning and Delivery, you’ll play a vital role in developing and implementing project plans, overseeing budgets and resources, and ensuring timely delivery of school infrastructure projects. You’ll work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders, supporting the transformation of our school environments to better meet current and future needs.

Based in our Parramatta office, you’ll also enjoy flexible work arrangements to balance time between the office and home.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement project plans and resourcing requirements, managing and reporting on project progress, budgets, and timelines for defined school infrastructure projects

  • Manage and coordinate the transition from current to future state, including scoping, planning, resourcing, stakeholder consultation, and key milestone reporting

  • Identify and proactively engage key internal and external stakeholders through presentations, workshops, and meetings to build support and alignment

  • Manage the delivery of less complex school infrastructure projects, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring quality assurance, financial oversight, and procurement processes are in place

  • Coordinate the development of change management plans, including training and communications strategies, to support smooth implementation and adoption

  • Provide additional support to the broader Infrastructure Planning and Delivery team as required

About You

You’re a confident communicator and natural collaborator who thrives in dynamic environments. You have a strong background in project delivery—especially in planning, coordination, and stakeholder engagement—and you’re motivated by work that creates real, positive change.

You’ll also bring:

  • Proven experience delivering small to medium-sized projects, on time and within budget

  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build trusted relationships, including with senior leaders

  • Excellent organisational, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities to ensure successful project outcomes

  • A proactive, adaptable mindset with a passion for delivering impactful projects in a faith-based educational environment
