Looking to launch your career on one of Victoria’s most significant infrastructure projects? Join Seymour Whyte as an intern on the North East Link – Hoddle Street to Burke Road upgrade.
With roles commencing between September 2025 and October 2026, this paid internship offers real-world experience through to early 2028, aligned with the project timeline.
You’ll gain hands-on exposure across a range of disciplines, including:
- Civil Engineering (Quality, ITS, Structures, Mechanical & Electrical, Surveying)
- Environmental Science
- Sustainability
This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a Tier 1 alliance project and work alongside leading industry professionals on the transformation of the Eastern Freeway from Hoddle Street to Burke Road, including major upgrades, new traffic lanes, a 3 km dedicated busway, significant bridge works, and freeway-wide improvements in ITS, drainage, and urban design.
The project is being delivered by Seymour Whyte, John Holland, Mott MacDonald, and Jacobs in partnership with Major Road Projects Victoria (MRPV).
