About the role:

In this role, you’ll be part of a dedicated team focused on enhancing the comfort and well-being of our residents by maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Your responsibilities will include cleaning resident rooms and common areas, assisting with laundry tasks, and helping move large items such as beds, furniture, and rubbish bins. You’ll also be responsible for replenishing supplies from the storeroom, receiving and storing deliveries, and ensuring all tasks are carried out in line with infection control and food safety standards. Accurate completion of shift paperwork and supporting a homely atmosphere for residents are key aspects of the role.

About you:

You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a physically demanding workload with strong time management skills. You engage residents with empathy and respect, using a person-centered approach to deliver quality aged care.
