Maintenance Officer

Full time permanent position commencing Term 2, 2025

Applicants must:

Selection Criteria: 

  • Proven grounds and maintenance experience, with experience within an educational environment desirable
  • High-level interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to communicate and work with key stakeholders (e.g. contractors, suppliers, staff, students, parents, and visitors)
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work with all members of the College community, both individually and as a member of a team
  • Intermediate computer skills 
  • High-level initiative and flexibility, with the ability to respond to and prioritise the changing demands and tasks in the position. 

Requirements of the Role:

  • Physical fitness is essential, as the role requires physical labour. 
  • Current Light Rigid (LR) NSW Drivers Licence will be highly regarded, or the willingness to obtain this upon appointment.
  • A current paid Working With Children check is required prior to commencing in the role.
