St Ambrose is a K-6 two streamed co-educational Catholic Primary School with a school enrolment of 372 students.
St Ambrose is seeking an experienced and capable teacher to lead our Inclusion Program. This role involves coordinating intervention programs and teacher aides, liaising with families and external agencies, managing funding reports, supporting differentiated learning, and engaging with a broad network of support services.

The person appointed will have a permanent full time (part time negotiable) teaching position
with a temporary Coordinator allowance

Applicants must:
- have a current NSW Working with Children Check
- full accreditation with NSW Educational Standards Authority (NESA)
- compliance with the Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead Policy upon appointment
Teacher Accreditation:
Teachers who are appointed to a leadership position, whether new to the position or applying to be re-appointed, should have begun, or will begin to make a commitment to the requirements of the diocese Accreditation to Work Teach and Lead document, Category C (Category E for positions of Catechesis and School Evangelisation), during this next triennium cycle.
(Co1) positions will not be dependent on classification.
Each teacher in a leadership position (Co1) will participate in an ongoing performance review in accordance with the Diocesan Policy & Procedures for Performance Review of Coordinators.

- understanding of contemporary pedagogy and the ability to differentiate and provide for a diverse range of ability
- qualifications and appropriate training in the area of inclusion / additional needs highly preferable
- ability to creatively use ICT to enhance a rich learning environment
- valued add to a dynamic team that strives for excellence
