Lab Assistant, Graphic Design Overland Park Main Campus
This person will support the faculty, students and staff in the Graphic Design and Visual Design Applications programs by helping ensure a safe, efficient, organized laboratory and classroom environment.. Assistance to faculty/staff in support of student program activities. Directly assist entry-level students with software/hardware questions and troubleshooting issues with lab computer programs, printers and scanners.
Campus Police Communications Sergeant Overland Park Main Campus
Supervise Police Dispatchers and other assigned Police personnel in the Johnson County Community College (JCCC) Police Department. Responsible for the enforcement of rules, regulations, and state and local laws, as well as the security of JCCC's campus. Oversee the operations of the department Communications Center, leading dispatch personnel and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Act as the department's Records Custodian, overseeing the maintenance, retention, and release of police records, reports, and serialized department assets. Serve as the department's systems administrator for multiple operational and emergency platforms. Support general law enforcement functions, including patrol operations and participation in campus safety initiatives. Regular schedule includes weekends. Flexible coverage is required as necessary to support large or special College events or activities with excessive crowd size.

Qualified instructors are needed to develop and deliver various contract trainings. Classes are conducted either in a continuing education classroom environment, live online, or at the client site in the morning, afternoon or evening sessions during weekdays or weekends. Business Solutions instructors for this position should be prepared to create and deliver content. A variety of topics or areas will be offered so the audience can draw from for personal and professional enrichment. Instructors are expected to provide quality teaching materials including documentation to substantiate teaching.

Veteran Services Intern Overland Park Main Campus
The Veteran Services Outreach Intern position has three functional areas of responsibility: PAVE Peer Advisor, JCSVA Lead Officer, and Veteran Services Office Aide. Based on an agreement between the student intern and supervisor, the student intern will perform one, two or all three of the objectives.
