Type of Position: Part-time Regular, Non-Exempt
Work Schedule, Hours per week: Monday-Thursday, 12:00 to 6:00 PM; Friday 12:00 to 5:00 PM, 25 hours per week
Pay Range: $15.00-$16.43 and determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Position Summary: Manage and process the electronic inbound transcripts accounts and determine accreditation of incoming transcripts.
Required Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma

*Unofficial transcripts are required for all Adjunct faculty and Faculty positions.
Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Receive college and high school transcripts for articulation and process by entering the cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA), Math placement scores, and American College Test (ACT) in the Banner student records information system.
- Interpret and apply the principles of the Family Educational Rights & Privacy Act (FERPA) to all student records for communication and verification of information.
- Correspond with students regarding enrollment status, admission decisions, transcript questions, and general college information in person, by email, and over the phone in an accurate and timely fashion.
- Process incoming mail and mark documents as received and scan materials after review.
- Maintain the standard record retention process for transcripts received prior to receipt of student’s admissions application and periodically review unmatched transcript files for recent applicants.
- Examine, enter, verify, and update complex sensitive academic records and applicants' credentials accurately into Banner.
- Maintain understanding and ability to expound on the college mission statement, general college policies and procedures, academic programs, admissions requirements, and student life related opportunities.
- Perform significant data entry to accept and monitor submitted applications and review applications to make informed decisions on admission status, residency, transcript, and assessment requirements based on state and college admission policies.
- Track and maintain daily and weekly total of new transcripts received.
