Pay Range: $25.81 - $33.57 and determined based on relevant years of work experience.

Position Summary: Leads multiple integrated marketing campaigns, spearheads sound strategy decisions and recommendations for omni-channel promotion of WDCE branch programs, events, activities and services. Effective communication and collaboration with internal WDCE (i.e. Program coordinators, event leads, etc.) and external WDCE stakeholders (i.e. Central Marketing, vendors, etc.)

- Completes assignments with little supervision.
- May assist less-experienced team members.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.

Position Details: Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Develop and manage marketing initiatives and campaigns including those for print, television, radio, direct marketing, email marketing, social media, and digital promotions. Purchase advertising space and time.
- Lead WDCE strategy development and design promotions and campaigns to promote awareness of JCCC’s Workforce Development and Continuing Education courses, programs, licensures, certificates, and training.
- Collaborate with other marketing and WDCE Programming staff members across JCCC to identify the target market, create a cohesive brand image, and develop and implement shared marketing campaigns. Manage relationships and collaborate with Program Coordinators, Business Solutions, and the central JCCC strategic communications team.
- Track and analyze data to measure the effectiveness and success of marketing strategies and initiatives. Perform analysis using tools such as XD reports, Google Analytics, and Act-On-Marketing software. Use findings to adjust current campaigns, inform strategy development, and shape future campaigns.
- Develop, plan, and execute all paid and organic email marketing and social media efforts for the branch.
- Serve as the liaison between marketing vendors and the department. Communicate with vendors regarding day-to-day matters. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and monitor vendor performance. Research contractual issues and resolve discrepancies.
- Make marketing recommendations for the branch, ensuring the marketing materials position the Workforce Development & Continuing Education department for high visibility and awareness with potential students.
- Employ Team Dynamics to ensure marketing tactics and campaigns are on schedule and follow established timelines.
- Conduct research to discover innovative and effective ways to reach potential students and incorporate emerging marketing trends, tools, innovations, and technologies.
- Provide supervision, training, mentorship, and guidance to WDCE marketing specialist and marketing assistant. Monitor work to ensure established guidelines and procedures are followed. Conduct performance reviews and measure and reward performance. Lead in a manner that drives operational excellence, continual improvement, and teamwork.
