Key Responsibilities:
Deliver Outstanding Customer Service and Communication
- Provide an excellent customer experience to all walk-in and call-in customers, both internal and external.
- Conduct basic assessments to determine customer needs and refer appropriately.
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information regarding CWI policies, procedures, and programs.
- Schedule appointments, return calls, and assist with project coordination.
- Prepare or update materials for internal and external communication.
- Support college events such as orientations and community meetings.
Perform Administrative and Data Management Duties
- Provide general administrative support to Workforce Development programs.
- Create, process, and maintain documents and records, including use of external systems.
- Complete data-entry tasks in Colleague and other college systems.
- Prepare student completion letters and/or certificates.
Facilitate Instructional and Testing Support
- Arrange and facilitate testing as needed.
- Ensure classrooms are physically prepared for instruction.
- Provide necessary materials and information to instructional staff.
- Order and maintain supplies and equipment for the office area.
Demonstrate Professionalism and Institutional Alignment
- Display a cooperative attitude and work harmoniously with all employees.
- Embody and communicate the values expected by CWI in both words and actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned with flexibility and professionalism.
What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or relevant experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, phone etiquette, and typing (minimum 50 wpm)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft reports and respond professionally in various settings
- Ability to understand and interpret policies, procedures, and technical documents
- Prior experience in a college or university setting preferred

*This position’s schedule may vary based on the College’s needs, including evening and weekend coverage. These adjustments may be ad-hoc or permanent.
**Most positions at CWI are in-person and based on campus. While some roles may allow up to two remote workdays per week, eligibility for remote work is determined on a case-by-case basis at the hiring manager's discretion. All candidates must reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a reasonable commuting distance from CWI. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
