Do you have previous office experience and work with limited supervision? If so, the position of Clerical General Level II may be your opportunity to continue to expand your office experience. |

| Position Requirements: |
General office work. Applicant should have knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word and Excel. Office Microsoft outlook calendar will be used to schedule appointments. Other duties and special projects may be assigned as necessary. |

| Essential Duties/Responsibilities: |
Duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, data entry, filing typing, and photocopying, scanning, answering office email from prospective and employers, building new student files, and job posting on our social media sites. Other jobs may include assisting students, research, assisting patrons, and other general office duties as assigned. |
