Summary of Position: Assist with administrative projects for the College of Business, including new college strategic plan, develop communications strategies for key stakeholder groups and data analysis in the areas of classroom, on-line offering, and class scheduling for the COB. Assist with onboarding of new Associate Dean of the College of Business. The end date of this temporary assignment is the last day of the spring 2025 semester.

Onboard new Graphic Media Management faculty including training on maintenance and safe operation of laboratory equipment and introduce new faculty to key external stake holders such as equipment vendors to assure their continued support of the program.

Additional Education/Experiences to be Considered:    
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: Assist with administrative projects for the College of Business.

Assist with implementation of new college strategic plan.

Map and improve COB operational processes.

Develop communication strategies for key stakeholder groups (e.g., students, alumni, donors, high schools, local community).

Continue to develop and implement COB recruiting and marketing initiatives.

Provide data analysis in the areas of classroom, on-line offering, and class scheduling for the COB.

Develop professional development for faculty and staff concerning FSU operational tools such as Ferris 360, Concur, Navigate, Teams.

Assist with onboarding new Associate Dean of the College of Business.

Onboard new Graphic Media Management faculty.

Provide training on the maintenance and safe operation of different pieces of laboratory equipment.

Introduce new faculty to key external stake holders such as equipment vendors to assure their continued support of the program.

Streamline inventory procedures of lab assets and consumables.

Transfer the management of the student “Print Production Practicum Lab.”

Review alternative sources for parts and service.

Any other duties assigned within the position classification area.
