| Summary of Position: |
Students will learn how to use ticket tracking software, to view job assignments, update tickets with appropriate comment and note entries of activities, and close tickets with resolutions entered upon completion of the ticket. Engages in research and in depth troubleshooting to resolve technical issues. |

| Position Requirements: |
- Basic knowledge and a general understanding of windows and apple device hardware and software is preferred
- Must be willing to enroll and participate in vendor certifications. Consults with full time staff when necessary.
- A valid driver’s license is a requirement. Technicians will be required to drive University vehicles for delivery and pick up of equipment that will be off campus. |

- Close tickets with resolutions entered upon completion of the ticket. |
