Summary of Position: |
Youth Coordinator assisting with the Wege Prize High School Collaborative Studio providing assistance with marketing, event coordination, pre-work including marketing and social media strategy and deployment. They assist in the event planning as well as event facilitation and post-production documentation. They assist with assessments, preparing grant reports, defining and managing metrics and narrative, and they prepare an annual report. Coordinators will work on average 10 hours per week in July, and full time, 40 hours during the event weeks of July 21 and August 1. The weeks of July 14, August 3 and August 12 will average 10 hours per week for pre and post-production.
As an individual who works on behalf of the University, it is required that Human Resources obtain and review a background report. You will be asked to complete an authorization form for obtaining your background report.
